Welcome to Dakota Developments we are an architecture collective that specializes in the design of office buildings. All our architects have gone to the finest architecture schools. A lot of people find it strange that we would specialize in such a narrow field but we are firm believers that the only way to be the best at what you do is to focus on one thing. This helps to ensure that we are able to give our clients exactly what they are looking for in a building.

At Dakota we specialize in the design of office buildings. Unlike some architects we find that specializing in just one type of building ensures that we are able to provide our clients with the best possible result. There are a few reasons that we have decided to specialize in office buildings, obviously there is a large demand for the service. In addition we find that office buildings are one of the most interesting building types to design since most companies are really making an effort to stand out with their design.

When we design a building for our clients the most important thing to us is to make sure that they get the building that they want. That means that we will sit down and work with you until you are happy with the design. What we will not do is push you into accepting a design that you are not completely happy with. We realize that it is your building and ultimately it has to be designed to meet your needs. While we definitely have ideas that we can offer you when it comes to design we are also going to listen to what you want out of your building.

A lot of architects would just design the building for you and then have you contract with somebody else for the construction. This is something that we generally don't do. In addition to designing the building we also provide project management services. The reason that we do this is that we firmly believe that the architect should be involved in the project from start to finish. We also believe that there is no better person to manage the construction of a building than the person who designed it. This allows us to ensure that the building comes out exactly the way that you want it.

At Dakota Development we are well aware that you have a large number of architecture firms that you can choose to design your office building. However we believe that we stand out from the crowd by not trying to be everything to everyone. Instead we focus on one very specific type of building and then we involve ourselves in the project from the initial design to the end of construction. We believe that this is the best way to make sure that our clients are happy with the end product, which is the most important thing to us.
